" I really enjoyed watching this 3-part series on how anxiety can exist. The content is short and really calming, plus they interview different therapists who give tips for certain situations. Sometimes I find the content on mental health clinical and a bit dry, but I liked the way they structured the interview. It helped me to understand the way anxiety can show up for people in life. Sometimes I don’t feel like I can ask the people I support in detail what their anxiety experience is like in case I say the wrong thing or upset them, so watching these videos gave me a bit more of an insight into the different layers”.
