“It's an app that has a library of guided meditations on it, I struggle to switch off and find the concept of meditation quite challenging as I tend to have a million thoughts a second. It has loads of different mediations on it 'mediation for anxiety' 'meditation for confidence' 'mediation for grief' you can also join lives and courses that all cater to different feelings and emotions too!”
